Our services include physiotherapy, osteopathy, ultrasound-guided injections, extracorporeal shockwave therapy, sports massage and specialist rehabilitation programmes.
At Gecko Fitness, we support individuals of all ages and abilities, from beginners to elite athletes. Our evidence-based approach focuses on strength and conditioning, injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance enhancement, helping clients optimise their physical health and achieve their goals.
Complementing our clinical and fitness services is our bespoke Pilates studio, offering both mat and reformer Pilates in individual and small group settings.
