Sinovial & Sinogel for Osteoarthritis
The Sinovial® range is the next generation of viscosupplementation joint injections
for treatment of osteoarthritis. They are used to treat joint pain, injury, reduction in
mobility and stiffness. These injections include hyaluronic acid, which is naturally
found throughout your body. 1,2
Sinovial HL 32®
Sinovial HL injections include both high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid;
along with having the highest concentration (3.2%) in the UK market enabling it to
mimic the natural synovial fluid. 1 Sinovial HL injections help with lubrication, shock
absorption and cushioning of the joints. Sinovial HL can provide pain relief within 7
days and lasts for at least 6 months. 2, 3
Sinovial HL 32® is for the smaller joints such as your feet, hands, toes and fingers
and will be administered by a healthcare professional under ultrasound guidance.
Cost: £350 single / £600 two joints when both are clinically appropriate and performed during the same appointment
Sinovial HL 64®
Sinovial HL injections include both high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid;
along with having the highest concentration (3.2%) in the UK market, enabling it to
mimic the natural synovial fluid. 1 Sinovial HL injections help with lubrication, shock

Sinovial HL 64® is for the larger joints such as your shoulder, hip and knee and will
be administered by a healthcare professional under ultrasound guidance.

For moderate to severe osteoarthritis
Sinogel®
Sinogel® injections include sodium chondroitin and high molecular weight hyaluronic
acid; with a high concentration of 4%. 5 It mechanically mimics the natural synovial
fluid enhancing shock absorption; whilst lubricating the joint. Sinogel® provides pain
relief within 7 days and lasts for at least 6 months with a single injection. 6
Sinogel® is designed for moderate to severe hip and knee joints and will be administered by a healthcare
professional under ultrasound guidance
