Training locations
We understand the importance of the correct training environment and
offer clients a number of options.
 Gecko studio
We have our own fully-equipped, beautifully-converted studio set in
the heart of the Berkshire countryside. This offers you total
privacy as you will have sole use of the facility for your private
fitness coaching session. Gecko runs a number of classes from the studio
including Pilates, one-to-one Yoga and Core Conditioning, including
stability ball and Bosu. There is ample parking right outside the
studio.
 Bradfield sports complex
The sports complex is part of Bradfield College and is located on a
200 acre estate in the tranquil surroundings of the village of
Bradfield, just five minutes from Junction 12 of the M4. Bradfield
Sports Complex offers a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, changing and
shower facilities, free parking and a welcoming atmosphere.
 The comfort of your own home
Some clients prefer for a Gecko coach to visit them at home, finding
that it enables them to fit training into a busy work or family schedule.
We are more than happy to work with clients in this way if it helps them
to better manage their fitness programme. Gecko therapy will also
make home visits if this is more convenient.
