What to wear

Comfortable trousers not too long and baggy, as they may restrict free flowing movement of the exercises.  Light sweat top for beginning the session and for cool down afterwards.  Avoid dangly jewellery and if you have long hair please tie it back.  Bring a towel and drinking water.


There are toilet facilities at the studio but no shower.  A snack for your journey home, if you have missed a meal.  You will have worked your mind, as well as your body, concentrated hard and you may feel peckish afterwards.  No trainers necessary.
