The Pilates Method is a fitness regime that when practiced regularly will correct postural and muscular imbalances, improve balance and co-ordination.


Pilates has a place in everybody’s life, it’s a unique form of exercise which will lengthen the muscles, condition them without bulking.  Full range of movement around each joint will be improved and maintained, promoting a strong yet supple well balanced body with a flatter abdominal. In turn, giving you a protected spine and a good strong centre.
