Prices and Terms


Pilates or Equilates Classes

Equilates 5 week blocks £55 pre booked and paid in advance.

Pilates mat 10 week blocks £110 pre booked and paid in advance.


NOTE: Any missed sessions due to unforeseen circumstances can be made up within that same block, please phone your instructor with notice to check availability and to be advised on which class is most suited.


One-to-One Pilates

Studio Mat:

£45 – 1 hour


£25 – 30 min


One-to-One Pilates

Using Apparatus:

Payment is due at the end of each private one-to-one appointment unless you have made a block booking

£50 – 1 hour


£30 – 30 min


Home Sessions Mat only:

£50 – 1 hour


Pilates Group Sessions with small equipment

2 – 4 people, Studio: £20 per person per hour.


Home: £30 per person per hour.


Pilates Group Sessions with Apparatus

2 – 3 people, Studio only

Apparatus classes are run in 4 week courses and are pre-booked and pre-paid.

Each course costs £100 and is to be completed within 6 weeks of the first session.



Block booking discounts

Please enquire about block booking as we have offers throughout the year that will reduce the price when buying 10 sessions or more.


Terms and Conditions

24 hours notice is required to cancel any appointment or the full amount will be charged.  All pilates and equilates classes must be paid for in advance.


No refunds are given on missed or unused sessions.


We only accept cash or cheques, as we do not have card payment facility.
