Even with some prior Pilates experience it is highly recommended that you attend at least 2 private lessons prior joining the group classes to enable us to assess your current level of knowledge and proficiency and ensure smooth transition into to a group.


We have a maximum of 8-10 people in each mat class and a maximum of 3 people in an apparatus class.

By keeping class sizes small we can offer you an exceptional level of tuition and guidance, making it easier for you to develop the technical skills required.


Before moving into one of our more challenging classes you would need to have progressed through the lower levels so that you can engage the correct muscles, understand the recruitment patterns and demonstrate good technique.
