Apparatus studio sessions

Equipment Group sessions only run with a minimum of 2 people (max 3 people) and each sessions lasts 1 hour.

We kindly ask that you pay at the end of each session, unless you’ve arranged block bookings; please note that we only accept cash or cheques as we don’t have card payment facilities.


24 hours notice is required to cancel any appointment or the full amount will be charged.


To be able to attain, maintain and enjoy the benefits, vitality and general well being,

we highly recommend 2 classes’s a week.


We are a flexible team of instructors and able to accommodate small groups of people wishing for a private studio session.
