Gecko Pilates
The Pilates method is known all over the world for its unique way of conditioning the mind and body. This method was originally devised by Joseph Pilates and has been modified so that its benefits can be appreciated by everybody.
Most of us during our lifetime will suffer from lower back pain due to misuse, overuse, abuse, disuse and most of us are still not taking all the necessary steps to prevent the onset of back pain. We can help you to understand why you may have these problems and with a small level of commitment and dedication from you we can help you on the way to recovery.
As Joe Pilates used to say "after 10 sessions you'll notice a difference, after 20 sessions other people will notice a difference, after 30 sessions you'll have a new whole body".
