Gecko stretch

The benefits of stretching the body are becoming more apparent each day.  With the popularity of Yoga and Pilates based classes, there is more and more emphasis on stretching to stay healthy.


If you have ever suffered with a problem such as a bad back and have visited the physio or osteopath, you will probably have been told to stretch the affected area in order to free the pain. It can be quite difficult to stretch effectively on your own as a lack of understanding of the muscle groups inhibits your confidence to stretch an area where there is or has been pain.  This is why Gecko Fitness has come up with this product.


A Gecko coach will meet you at the end of your gym session and spend 30 minutes stretching and balancing your body.  Not only will this offer great relief to your body, but we believe this is the only way to make big improvements on your flexibility and posture.
