The Gecko coaches run a number of different classes including group Personal Training, mat based Pilates and stability ball and Bosu workouts. Small groups of no more than eight people ensure a relaxed, fun yet focussed session with personal instruction.
These one hour classes are designed to make your body stronger and more structurally efficient so that you will feel fitter, stand taller and be able to cope with today’s demanding world.
The classes offer a range of exercises from gentle ‘getting started’ sessions for beginners to ‘intense core’ stabilisation drills for the more advanced. They include strength workouts using medicine balls, bands, body bars and free weights to target specific areas of the body.
Whether you are an experienced strength and conditioning expert or are just starting out on a new regime, these classes have something for everyone.
