Introducing X Range

Our X Range outdoor workout was launched in 2010, in response to the fact that lots of people just prefer to be outside for their training. We set out to design a safer, more structured alternative to the traditional boot camp workout. Many people are put off by the boot camp style workout. Unnecessary beastings or horror stories of people being pushed too hard and even injured, are enough to deter anyone. The aim of X Range is to introduce fun yet structured alternative to indoor training. We pride ourselves on delivering safe and effective sessions to all fitness levels, which is why we insist on a full induction and briefing before attending your first X Range.

What to expect

Expect…sunshine, rain, snow – anything! Whatever the elements throw at us, we’ll be there.

You must attend the induction/briefing before commencing your first X Range. This is to ensure correct technique and to introduce you to the various formats and equipment we may be using. Please contact us to arrange this prior to attending.


We have a purpose built area outside at Bradfield Sports Centre, where the sessions will take place (no matter the weather). Please meet here 5 minutes prior to the session as participants that miss the warm up will not be allowed to join in, minimising injury risk.

Don’t fancy the mud? We also run sessions inside at our bespoke training facility in Yattendon, ideal for when life does not look so bright outside!

The cost of each session is £10 paid direct to the trainer before the session.
