Boxing Fitness

As a team, we’ve been lucky enough to be involved in the sport of boxing, both as competitors and coaches. With our wealth of knowledge and experience, we offer this fantastic sport as a fun and thrilling way to get yourself in shape. You can participate in some 1-2-1 coaching or join one of our small group sessions. Alternatively, our new and unique ’12 Rounds’ boxing circuit is a fantastic way to get into boxing and burn some serious calories.

 For anyone looking to get fight fit and have fun at the same time we highly recommend this training.

What to Expect

As with all our products we want you to get the most out of your session, which is why we encourage you to have at least one 1-2-1 coaching session to be clear on all the basics. Form, using the equipment and understanding the basic components of boxing will help you achieve the most from your training. From here you can decide whether to continue on a 1-2-1 basis, or join one of our fun group session.


All sessions will take place at our recently opened fitness studio in Yattendon which boasts a bespoke boxing facility.


Monday 6.30pm – Squad Training

Monday 7.30pm – 12 Rounds

Thursday 6.15pm – Squad Training

Thursday 7.30pm – 12 Rounds

Friday 12pm – 12 Rounds

1-2-1 sessions available throughout the week.
